Each candidate must arrange for a background check to be completed by Research Information
Associates ("RIA") (800-522-3884).
The candidate must contact RIA and complete the company's application for a background
check. Cost of the background check of $10 per county is to be paid for by the candidate.
The candidate must ask RIA to send the result directly to:
