Many members of our community are experiencing difficult personal situations as
they deal with the loss of a job.  We have begun to assemble a list of resources and
are using this page in our website to share those resources with others.  Our goal
is to continue to add to this list as we become aware of additional resources.

The information below has been obtained from various sources that we believe to
be reliable.  However we have not made any attempt to verify the reliability of this

JOB RESOURCES ON THE WEB
There are many resources available on the web.  We have listed links to some sites that may be helpful.  We
do not, however, endorse any of these sites.  As with any resource, we encourage you to check out any site
before investing time or money or providing personal information.

CareerJet   Careerjet is a job search engine designed to make the process of finding a job on the internet
easier for the user. It maps the huge selection of job offerings available on the internet in one extensive
database by referencing job listings originating from company websites, recruitment agency websites and large
specialist recruitment sites. Using a fast and straightforward interface, users can query this database and save
themselves the trouble of visiting each site individually. The job offerings themselves are not hosted by
Careerjet and users are always redirected to the original job listing. Essentially, Careerjet acts as traffic driver
to those sites.

Indeed  Indeed represents itself as being a site that searches all jobs.  Searches can be made by geography,
job type, and other criteria.

Monster  Monster is one of the more well-known job search sites.  It also contains helpful hints for preparing
resumes and interviewing.

Career Builder  Like Monster, Career Builder has job search tools and advice in addition to job listings.

Snag A Job   Snagajob.com claims to be the #1 source for hourly and part-time jobs, we connect job seekers
with more than 100,000 active job listings from top employers across the country.

USA Jobs  USAJobs.com is the official job site of the U.S. Federal Government.  It claims to the a one-step
source for federal jobs and employment information.

Advice to Job Seekers from Dave Ramsey   Dave Ramsey, a nationally syndicated talk show host and financial
planner offers advice to people who have lost a job or are concerned about losing a job.
